I have been a Harry Potter fan ever since the first movie “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone” came out in 2001. I was not one of those fans who waited in line for the book release. But because I learned that there was so much more detail described in the books, I started my Harry Potter book collection shortly after. What a great series! J.K. Rowling is such an amazing, gifted author with an imagination so creative, it’s crazy.
Because of the popularity of the movie and the books, in June 2010 “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter” theme park opened in Orlando, Fl. I have not gone but would absolutely love to one day. They have rides, all the stores and eateries described in the book and shown in the movie replicated to the tee! They even serve Butterbeer and Pumpkin juice Harry Potter book original which is a favorite among Harry and his friends. Imagine…butterbeer. First, I love the name but second, I can just imagine what it will taste like. Maybe alittle bit of a cream soda taste but something buttery and steaming hot, oh, I can’t wait! Just you wait butterbeer. One day I will consume you. Till then, as I read the series, I will just imagine the taste of butterbeer. Pumpkin juice on the other hand doesn’t sound as appealing though I’m sure they make it taste good. Otherwise, how would they make money! It’s the food that costs an arm and a leg most often at theme parks!
