Happy New Year Food Frenzy fans! I hope you all have wonderful and safe New Year’s celebration. We in my household usually watch the ball drop in Times Square and eat soba (Japanese buckwheat noodles) to ring in the New Year. It never fails, my dad is in charge of uncorking the champagne while those around him take cover. LOL! Good times!
